Struggling here and looking for some help.

IPO Server Edition - R11.1.x
One-X Portal starts, and goes green but DSML-Provider-127.0.0.1 always fails on Global resynchronization.
Result is no users are added to One-X Portal. Without users in the One-X Portal server, users can not login to the WebClient.
Not a show stopper, but I have the rest of system setup just the way I like it and it bothers me that I have this one issue that I can't fix.

I have already tried the various suggested fixes, like removing the providers, and re-adding. Changing and verifying the EnhTcpaService service user password. Creating with the actual IP address instead of the localhost address.

Connection the IP Office is verified, it's the Director service that will not sync up.

Anyone have any ideas??

Just had exactly the same issue with a new installation on 11.1.0.1. Believe it or not the problem was a user had a full name with an apostrophe in it!

Changed the name, restarted One-X, and it all came up OK.

According to the 11.1 SP1 release notes in the "Resolved Issues", this should have been fixed:

159991: 11.1 one-X Portal service Resynchronization issue if IP Office Directory contains name with an Apostrophe

Looks like it hasn't ^_^

Nice catch have some pink. Not surprised that they would "fix" a bug and not actually fix it. Avaya's testing is appalling at this point.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
