Global preferences changes to multiple users in Infoview

Hi All

I need to change Infoview preferences globally for our new BOXI R2 environment but not sure how. I found a closed thread thread782-1323041 which might help but the script was never posted.
Can any one help with this?

I also found this KB article (KBase Article ID:8811138)on the BO site but the Enterprise developer SDK is required...
