I have the following problem which is driving me up the wall. I have one global mailbox that receives all e-mail for the domain. I have set-up the pop connector in exchange 2000 to check the mailbox every 30min. My problem is that it doesn't actually do it. When I click on the retrieve now button, it grays out for about 10 seconds and then looks normal. No e-mail gets downloaded.
What could be the problem? I looked around to see if I cannot change the time-out settings somewhere but to no avail. The funny thing is, when i set it up the first time, it worked fine. I even went and deleted the entry and recreated it.
Anybody know what else I could try? I'm desperate!!
