The database password is changing at the end of this month and I need to change all the Crystal reports thru Enterprise - Crystal Administration tools. How can I change the password to all the reports? I new to this so I'd appreciate step by step instructions. The DBA is willing to help me test these changes, but we have Crystal jobs running everyone morning.

Using the Central Management COnsole, just bring up the report object and then click on the Process tab. Then click on the database, make the necessary changes to the password and click on Update at the bottom of the page.

That's it.

Hi,
The Schedule Manager program ( on the Admin launchpad)
will let you change the database logon info for all the reports in a folder and, optionally, all its subfolders.
( You get to select which ones to update)
Used carefully, it can be a real timesaver - especially if all ( or even most) reports use the same User/password to connect to the reporting database..
