Hello:
We currently have Project 2003/Project server 11 installed. We have around 40 - 50 projects. We have one server implementation. We are now being asked to implement (or say extend) this feature/app to our parent company in Japan.
We might share some common data via enterprise fields and will do reporting on data based on US and Japan.
My questions are:
1. Is there a particular way to do this kind of global implementation?
2. What are the things I need to look into before putting together architecture?
3. Are there some best practices I need to follow?
4. Where can I get some information on such global implementation?
As you can see from my question, I am not sure where to start. We might hire a consulting company but I would like to get as much info as I can. Any help /any directions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
