global distribution list - members

I have created a global distribution list in exchange 5.5. One of our users wishes to be able to amend the members of this list but if she right clicks - properties in outlook to modify, the options are greyed. Is there an option within exchange that will give her permissions to do this

In Exchange Admin in the permissions tab of your distribution list add your user's name. (You might have to use tools options permissions - show permissions page for all objects, if it's not showing)
