Global Distribution List made up of external addresses

Hello,

My CEO wants me to create a Global Distribution List to include all our clients - which are outside our domain.

Is there a way to do this in Exchange 2003? The list of e-mail addresses has 449 entries, BTW.

Create contacts for each person, then add them to the DL.
