Hi,

One of my staff members has a problem with outlook. He's got bad eyes, and likes to have larger fonts for the regular folder list in outlook, and also want's to get ride of the preview pane for all the folders. He's in finance, and has too many email folders to count (literally!). To change the view settings for ALL these folders is a waste of time.

Question 1: Does anybody know of any kind of global view settings for outlook, that will apply to all folders? Or how to make the font size in the email list larger for all the folders.

Question 2: When you click on a folder, then select an email message in that folder, the selection goes dark blue on the email message, and the folder selection goes a light grey - very hard to see. Is there some way of change that "secondary" selection color?

Thanks so much!

1. Is the OS-inbuilt accessibility tool "magnifier" any use to him ? (start programs accessories accessibility magnifier)

He finds it cumbersome - it takes up window space. (thanks though...)

What he really want's is to get rid of the reading pane and make edit the fonts for ALL the folders in outlook.
