Global dialer and desktop shortcuts/favourites

Please please please someone tell me how to permanently be rid of Global Dialer and it's associated 'porn-based' desktop shortcuts which are added to my desktop and favourites page every time I boot up my PC.
Also I have a Rundll32.vbe Permission denied with error code 800A0046 also when I boot up - is this related and how can I fix this ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Then, drop your Hijack This log into this thread and we'll look it over for you.
Spybot should be able to get rid of global dialer for you tho.

Thanks, I've managed to get rid of it with a combination of CWShredder, Adware, SpyBot & SpywareBlaster.
