Global Changes/Bulk Administration in Unity 5.0

Is there a way in the Cisco Unity to make a global change/bulk admins?

Our vendor made a mistake for the Caller input of the subcribers to ring to a different ext. instead to operator when the caller press 0 during the greeting. We have no longer getiing support from the vendor.

I have checked the caller input and found the issue. I believe it is effecting all of the subcribers that were uploaded by the vendor in the original installation.

The current subcriber template callerinput for 0 is correct.

Otherwise i have to change one by one for about 300 users.

There is a Bulk Subscriber Edit tool in the Unity Tools folder. I may have the name wrong but I think I'm close.

It is Cisco Unity Tools Depot and you do Bulk Edit.
