Global catalog W2k and GC w2003 coexistence, is it possible?

hi to everybody,
i would like to know if it's possible add a g.catalog windows 2003 in a site where there is already a CG but windows 2000..
there are any replication problems ?
I know all about what i have to do at the schema before adding a dc2003,
at the moment i have w2k domain controllers, 2 sites,
one GC w2k per site
but for the future only one GC for the main site
i think will be not enough.(looking for exch2003 installation)

u need to adprep/forestprep and domainprep in prior to throw in a win2k3 DC to ur win2k AD.

after adprep, u may keep the funcational level as win2000 native mode both domain and forest, and then GC any win2k3 DC u want.

there is no issue of co-existance of 2k3 GC and 2k GC.
