global.asa file was not processed??? Why??? 1

I have a web page at websamba.com. I declared some application variables on the session_onstart event , but those variables are not available to asp pages in the same directory. This means one thing: it means than the global.asa file was not processed.
My pages work fine in my pc while debuging using pws ; but I faced this problem when I published my pages

What is wrong?

In order for global.asa to be processed, your web site needs to be configured as an IIS application.
