global and pat addresses overlap

I have a dynamically assigned IP address on the outside interface with a global outside interface command and I get a PAt and global addresses overlap. Is this something I should be concerned with? everything works except for port redirection to an internal web server from the outside (works fine on inside and I know the config is correct)
