This should be a relatively simple for most of you. How do I exclude a user (w/ an e-mail account) from appearing in the Global Address List. Reason for this is we are hosting a few customer and personal accounts that we do not want listed with our in-house business users. Apparently the GAL is picking up all users despite their grouping. How can I fix this?

In the properties of the user you can hide from address book. Its a tick box.

I went ahead and ticked off the hide address book feature in properties. The GAL did not display the hidden addresses on PC utilizing Outlook 2000 and earlier (Windows 98 PCs) but on the PCs with Outlook 2003 the "hidden" addresses still showed up. Any other solutions here?
