this is a post for a friend of mine.
He has recently tried to setup exchange and had a question.
The global address list is populated by people in your domain, he was wondering how he could set up more address lists that fitted certain critieria, for example he would like the global address list to contain everyone and then more secondary lists that contain only people from certain deparments i.e. office, warehouses workers etc etc so when you click on one of these groups it shows you all contacts from only that group and then you can still select which contacts you want to send emails to, i know this is different to distrubution lists (which is not what he wants).
I guess this is a simple question but i have never used exchange before and he has only recently started using it for learning purposes.
