We have USERS setup in Active Directory with the following standard: [NAME] = Doe, John ... [Display Name] = John Doe.

The Global Address List is using the names from the Display Name field; therefore, not sorting by Last Names. Is there any way to setup the GAL to use [NAME] instead of [Display Name]???

Thanks,
Beau

In short nope. We Display based upon the Display Name. This is an LDAP thing.

We can modify the query but not the output. Dan

Thanks for the help. That's what I figured, but the query/output statement made it clear.
