Hi,

We are running a 5.5 and 2000 exchange servers. The active directory connectors are configured correctly and appears to be working. The problem is any user moved over or newly created on the the 2000 server results in that perticular user not being able to see the global address list. It's blank. The 5.5 server users have no problems. In fact any newly created users on 2000 can be seen by the 5.5 users however 2000 users can't see anyone. The permission on exchange systems manager for global address list is also ok. Please help this is driving us crazy.

Thanks

Paul

When you view the Global address list in 2000, you are viewing the GC. If you just stood up a new DC, and made it a GC by checking the box under ntds setting for that server in sites and services, and you didn't restart after it started advertising, then that's your issue. Bounce the GC.

If not, you need to take a close look at your GC. You may have replication issues.
