We have a couple of external email accounts we do not want to show up in our global address book. How do I turn off the account in the address book but still have it secretly available to anyone that knows the address? i.e. hr@company.com

AD Users & Computers - <account to be hidden> Properties - Exchange Advanced tab - Check "Hide from Exchange address lists".

Open the the user account in the ADUC MMC snap in. click the exchange advanced tab, then put a check mark in the "hide from address book" check box.

Click apply and your done.

Remember that once you hide the account from the gal you will not be able to resolve that name in any way, even when you setup a new outlook profile or if a delegate whants to open or view the hidden user's calendar. If you need to do anything like that, you will have to unhide the account temporarily.

Cheers.
