Glitch in animated gif

Hi everyone,
I hope I can explain this correctly:

I created an animated gif. When I first post the gif, it functions the way it should(without the glitch). After a while a frame gets added of a black box:

I don't know what event causes the glitch.

Here is the gif before it is corrupted:

Some how it gets corrupted to this file:

I am using Jasc Animation Shop 3.0. I am stuck with this version because my work will not allow me to upgrade it.

Does anyone know what would corrupt this file?

I can't access those links (they give a "can't find server" error message).

On a side note, you wouldn't be able to upgrade Animation Shop even if you were allowed to - that's the last version created by Jasc.

Thanks for the effort. I ended up using another set of graphics.
