Sorry for the OT, but if you have a moment.

I decided to go the MCSA route - so I went to studyexam4less.com and intended to buy the transcender. long story short I messed up and got the self-study one.

I havnt downloaded it yet and I emailed them.

Which worries me, the last time I needed assistance there I used their customer service online form on Jan 6th, and they finally responded Feb 3rd.

This time i emailed them rather than the online method. Have you had any luck with one method of getting ahold of them versus another?
