GL Transaction Report

Hello,

How can I run a report to be exported to excel in clean format that would only show the debits and credits for each GL for the entire Fiscal Year?

The GL Transaction listing is not at clean a we wanted it to be when exported to excel.

Our external accountant needs this in an excel format as they don't have Accpac to run our accounting data.

Export to Excel as Data Only, or edit the report in Crystal.

Yes, I have tried the excel data but there's so much unwanted rows. I don't know about crystal reports. Thanks, anyway. I will just download in pdf.
