GL Error

Hi All,

Am getting the following error when am opening the gl batch list or moving from one entry to another in the GL batch list.

"12:18:43 Internal error. ZI_ReadGLSRC: open failed (1254 c:\dev\gl55\source\views\zilib.c). Write down the message, leave Sage Accpac and Windows and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See Appendix A in the G/L User Guide."

Please Assist.

It looks like you might need to re-install the ZI module: Intercompany Transactions.

Inter company transactions is not installed

Try re-installing GL with the latest service pack.

Run RvSpy and see if it points to bad data.
