GL Batch List

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone came accross this issue before. I have Accpac 5.5a with GL product update 2 with System manager PU 4 installed on a windows 2003 terminal server.

When the user opens up the GL Batch list the search box for you to enter in a batch number and the source box is very short.. the height is the same but the length if very short so it is hard to see the numbers or the source ledger. All other subledgers are fine its just the GL.

I have renamed the GL55a directory and reinstalled the GL and the product update and still no luck.

Hope someeone has run into this same issue and has a fix.

Try deleting the users _p.ism and _c.ism files from the USER folder.

Hi,
I have the following
C:\AccPac\Sage Software\Sage Accpac\USER and in there I have an _everyone and admin and all the users folders.

Under these folders I have the database Name_c.ism and database name_P.ism. Then right off the root of the user folder I have _P.ism.
No one was logged into one of the database with the issue and I renamed the databasename_c.ism and databasename_p.ism file to .old in the User\admin directory and that didn't work. Is there another spot that I should be removing these?

I have removed the _P.ISM and _C.ISM files from the user directory and it is still the same.

Are they using large icons, or an odd screen resolution, or a non-standard screen font?

Hi,
No they are using normal size and the screen resolution is fine. It has the same settings as another server that has accpac on it.

What is really strange is all the other subledgers AP, AR etc the finder boxes are normal size. Its just the gl batch list , when you click on that the finder boxes are very short in length.

I even tried renaming the site directory and user directory and reinstalled the System manager and still no luck.
