GL Account Un-merging

Hello,
I just renamed some accounts and had accidentally merged two together! Is there anyway I can un-merge them? Thank you for your help!

Yes you will need to restore from your tape backup or the backup you made before you started the process. (You did make a backup before you started, right?)

What Dawn means is that there is NO way to un-merge. You should always make a copy of the company first before you do something like this so if this happens you can copy back over. Also you should make sure you have a nightly back for such a thing.

Thanks for your advice. I am lucky that we do have nightly backups, but was just wondering if there was any other way to undo this. I did get the IT guy to copy over with the backup. Thank you!
