GJUL-GJUL CONNECTION

Hello,
We have 2lim system without group switch.Both lims are different places.There is 256k,512k and 1mbit/sec data line between two nodes.Is it possible to make gjul-gjul connection over these links?.If yes how can I do this?

Otherwise we have to order new data line (2mbit/sec)between two nodes.

Hello again.
Could you please advice IP MUX device for making gjul-gjul connection.We have wireless ip connection between two central and remote office.It means that we can do inter LIM connection over IP via ipmux.

A HL950 ip mux use approximatly 2500 Kbp/s
bandwith with 32 g.703 channels simulating G.703 TDM
through an ethernet .

Some time in the near future it comes with dynamic
allocation , but the max bandwith must be there anyway .
And QoS of course .
It just means that max is not used all the time.

You can drop the bandwith need to appx. 1200 Kbp/s by using eg. 12 channels to the gjul-gjul.

We have no HL950 at the moment and order of this device takes too long time.
Dou you mean I am going to set chl=12 on the GJLII command.
Is it going to work with 1mbit/sn leased line?

Hi! Well it will work with a 1Mbit line
if the leased line is of G.703 type with
reduced number of channels.

GJUL boards and MD110 use TDM sviching so the
line used must be of this type (telecom 2mbit with
16 channels instead of 32)

An ordinary ip based dataline wont work without ip-mux of some sort.
The ip mux convert ip based traffic to G.703 TDM interface
towards the lims .
