We have 2 domains and one exchange server.
Most of our exchange users logon to domain A, which the exchange 2000 server belings to.
I need a handfull of users from domain B to have access to exchange. I have done this by setting up duplicate users on domain A, disabled the users and setting the 'real' domain B users as Associated External Accounts.
This works fine, they can all send/recieve email as if they were members of the exchange domain.
However, now some users want to be able to access each others calenders. Is there a way to give users from another domain access to calenders (ie. not the whole mailbox). When setting permissions through Outlook, you only get the choice of mailboxes not real domain users. I want to be able to give author permission to domainb\username rather than mailboxes.
Hope this makes sense!
