Hello -- I'm a newbie here, so apologies if I'm not as descriptive as I should be.

I have a user(A) who needs to have the same access priviledges to a particular object as another user(B) does. As far as I can tell, both Users belong to the exact same groups (Everyone and Accounting), but User B seems to have scheduling permissions on an object that the Accounting Group has access to (although as far as I can see, the Accounting Group does NOT have this scheduling permission. I need to avoid assigning individual permissions to users, rather, I need to be able to give permissions via the groups they belong to.

Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Please remember to post your software version with any post.

A user can be assigned permission based on a group, a folder or directly to an object (report itself), so I suspect that they have permission to it through another means.

Whoops -- knew I would forget something. Will do -- and yes, they were going through another grouping to give scheduling priviledges to User A.

Thanks for your input.
