Giver users Read only rights except for one form

Each user should have read only rights through out the database, except for one form. That one form they should have the ability to change and edit data. How can this be done? Thanks in advance!!!!!!!

Hi, I am not sure if you looking for anything beond this, but in the properties of the form you can select (yes/no)as to weather the user will be able to Edit, delete, or make additions to the controls on the form. You can also, by selecting any indivdual control select enable or lock in the control's properties.
