Hi there,

We are trying to play messages from Symposium that are stored in Call Pilot. We are using the line of code below as an example of how to do this:

GIVE IVR 4770 WITH TREATMENT 7010

We believe that the "4770" represents our Call Pilot, and the "7010" is the ID of the message that is stored in Call Pilot.

Does anyone know if this is true, and if it is, where to locate the number that represents our Call Pilot (the 4770 number)?

Thanks!

the "4770" should be the IVR ports ACDDN, look in the PBX and verify the IVR agent ports are in ACDDN 4770.

The other place you need to look is in the SCCS/SWC/CCMA under the IVR ACDDN section and make sure it has been added and acquired

4770 would be the number of the ACD queue that has your dedicated IVR ports for CallPilot (not your main queue). The 7010 number is the announcement ID - you will need to have this in the Service Directory Number table in CallPilot, linked to the application that has that announcement. 4770 also will be in the Service Directory Number table, and it will show as being linked to Symposium Voice Services.
