Hi I have a user setup who is an administrator but on his Win2k machine it will not allow him to run setup progs etc even though he is loggin into the domain (NT4)

I've got a felling I have'nt got this machine connected to the NT4 domain properly...

help!

His domain user (or domain group it belongs to) needs to be given Adminstrator rights on the local PC. Run lusrmgr.msc and open up the gropus folder. Double click on Adminstrators then click on Add button. Select the domain - should get list of users/groups - select as appropriate.
