Give a common user sys-admin permission 1

Hi,
Who can tell me how to give a common user the permission to some system administraion tool such as "useradd" ,"fsck".
It seems that use chmod only does not work.
 
Try using the third party "sudo" utility. This way you can assign whatever permissions you require to certain users. Sudo is available free at:


as well as other sites. Hope this suits your needs.
