GISME doesn't list exchange users

I have installed the GM and EXCHANGE adapters and configured both. They are running on a 2003 server with SQL 2000. I am using GoldMine 7.00.70302 and GISME version 2.0

The service has been started, but when I start the GISME System Manager i only get a list of the GoldMine Users. How do i get the Exchange users to show in the list under the GISME-XCHG adapter so that they can be mapped together???

Within Event Viewer I am getting the following error: -
