I’m looking for information on setting up GIS business processes, services to use/avoid, best practices, etc. Is anyone aware of such a web site or book? Before I take Sterling’s training I want to have somewhat of a clue of what’s going on. Thanks. Rick

From what I remember when I used the product there are several business process elements which can be used. What are you wanting the business process to do?
