GigaStack on 3500 question

Greetings,

I just got a used 3500XL switch with version 12.0(5)XU. I also have a WS-X3500-XL GBIC in the slot, but the switch does not see the GigaStack card I assumed in auto finds it. when I run show interfaces in says Media is missing, but I have a working Gigastack card in slot 1. I tried both slots no go. Any ideas of whats going on?

Solved. The ribbon from GB slots came unplugged
