Gigaman Install

I have 2 sites approx 20 miles apart. We have an SBC gigaman circut between the 2 sites. My corporate site has a 4507 that manages vtp for that site. The SBC COLO has a Catalyst 2900 series switch and 1751 router. The 1751 connects to a Frame back to the main office. There is also a backup T1 for failover. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on how to connect the sites? Right now I'm running eigrp on the entire network?

For gigaman, I used a 4507 on 1 end and a 3550 on the other with a t1 for backup running between 2 1700's. I set up 4 /30 subnets to connect each of the devices. I ran separate vtp domains for each site.
