We have our Core 6513 switch linked to a remote bld's 6513 via a Gig Channel (4 LX's on single mode fiber) User traffic is extrtemely slow until I disable 3 of the 4 ports channeling. Obviously I'm questioning our etherchannel configuration. Any tips?
I'm set at desirable at both ends. Port negotiating disabled. Flow control - both send and rec set to On.

Doesn't sound like you have a port-channel configured, sounds like 4 seperate trunks, hence when you take down 3 of them everything works. While all 4 of them are up you probably have loops.

See here on how to configure Port-Channels:

You should try to set them at "on" on both sides. This is the way I always configure our gigachannels. I am not sure but if you set them at desirable on both sides and turn off negotiation, they might not become a bundle.
