hey
i want to make a GIF with pictures of celebrities and i was wondering if anyone can walk be thru it or has a tutorial? cuz i really dont know how it works and i want to learn.

Your question is very general and dificult to answer, a bit like answering the question "Can anyone tell me how to write a program?"
There are many tutorials on Photoshop / Image Ready out there in Google land.
It is not wise to include your e-mail address in the forum as you increase the risk of being spammed by companies selling anything from water filters to trips to Venus.
If you have a specific question about the operation of Images Ready, feel free to post it here and we wil try to help you the best we can.
If you are making a simple picture, Photoshop is probably the best route to follow, rather than Image ready.

Got a question? Search G O O G L E first.

ok so lets say i wanna make a gif of like 5 pictures. do i open 1 picture then put the other 5 over it to make the layers then go in imageready and then i do what?

how do i put each picture on a seperate layer? sorry im rly knew at this.

ok i did that but it just goes over my original photo. is it supposed 2?

When you create an animation, create a new frame for each layer and make only the required layer visible.
If you make all the frames visible, you will only see the top layer so you have to hide the layers you do not wish to see.

I suggest you follow one of the available tutorials to familiarise yourself with some of the program's basic functions. I use both Photoshop and Image Ready a lot but there is so much I still don't know. Best just to get in there and have a go, when you hit a problem try to sort it out yourself but if you are really stuck - tek-tips is thre place to ask your questions.

Always be sure to check out the FAQ's too. I have writen 20 faq's between the Photoshop and ImageReady forum. You will find alot of useful info there. I also have a FAQ for online tutorials. Looks like I need to update that one again as a bunch of those sites don't work anymore or have moved etc.

Good to see you figured it out.
