My Dad had someone do some work on his website. All the tabs to select different categories were text in a GIF.

Is there a way I can find out which font was used or even open the GIF and recreate other simialar tabs for new product categories?

He is not reachable now and we are stuck.

Forgive my lack of terminiology, I am a newby!

Thanks
Matt

Thanks

Ended up finding a neat site

Upload the image, it will tell you what the font is. Of course you have to pay for the Font if it is one of there's and I suspect all of them shown are there's.

Thanks again.

Matt

Regarding the .gif images, if they aren't animated most graphics editors will open them and allow editing, but remember to save as .gif as well, if you intend to use the edited images for web pages.
For animated .gifs, try CoffeeCup, available here as a 30 day trial:
This will enable you to edit individual frames and modify as required.
Have fun!

Regards, Andy.
