this is occurring on both i.e. 6 and 7 when trying to print out a map from the u.p.s. web site the map is not printed. all other text and color is but no map, it is a .gif image and the image doesn’t seem to be tied to any active x or java, also i went to the tools-advanced tab and checked it to print background images and color and still had no luck, the entire image shows fine in the print preview, is there something i am missing? Thanks for any advice.
