Gif Animators

Does anyone know of an easy to use, free gif animation program? I just need to animate about four images with nothing fancy needing to be done. Thanks.

There's an open source substitute for Photoshop called The Gimp, found at

http://www.gimp.org

(pretty nice, too). Microsoft has a simple free gif animator, but you have to have the individual frames already created.
