Ghosting NTFS

I have 20 separate peer to peer networks, each consisting of a single NT workstation (using NTFS) and several win95/98 machines. I'd like to use Norton Ghost or some other software to image the NT's drive instead of using a data backup due to several proprietary sofware programs that are a real bear to re-install. I don't need to backup the win95/98 boxes.

I need the daily backup process to be fully automated. The locals are totally irresponsible, so I don't want any involvement on their part (i.e. no tape-swapping or cd-changing, etc...) I can't afford 20 auto-loader tape drives either, so I'm thinking the best place for the backups is either a network drive, an external add-on drive, or some network attached storage device (maybe a SnapServer 1100).

I'm totally open to suggestions, and would appreciate any help here!

Gee, I didn't think this was that difficult. Doesn't anyone have any suggestions?
