I have a Legend 7.0 system with pools 70,890,891,892,893,894 in use. I have 4 trunks in pool 70. When we try and call out and the 4 trunks in pool 70 are busy, instead of getting the next line in pool 890, I get a fast busy. All of the trunks are labeled with the outside phone numbers, however, when I get a fast busy, there is no label that shows up in the display. I have printed all of the trunk info and it looks perfect. Any idea why I can't get past pool 70?

Thanks!

Do a print on your ARS tables. Make sure that pools 890, 891, 892, 893 & 894 are in routes underneath pool 70, and that the FRL is the same as the pool 70 route.

I have three separate companies running on the same system so I am trying to maximize the pattern of outgoing phone calls so that each individual company's rollover lines don't get full causing outside callers get a busy signal.
