Are you trying to describe either a report header, page header or group header whose source is unknown?
Crystal does have the occaisonaly bug, buh this sort of thing is generally a misunderstanding by the developer.

What is on it?
What is the layout of your report?
Do you use a NEW PAGE AFTER/BEFORE in any section?
What version of Crystal?
