Ghost email addresses in system 1

When we send emails out to the accounts department for example,we receive an email from some employees that were deleted from the system a long time ago

like we receive a "this mail can not be delievered email" even though there is no sign of them in active directory

They were most likely delegates of a user still in that department.

You can search on removing deleted delegates. It's a common issue.
