Ghost connections

Was hoping someone had this problem and a fix.
When viewing user connections via Management Console, we have a few users that cast a ghost connection..same user logged into one session however showing multiple connections for that user..like mirrored several times. Ghost sessions have all the same connection info..logon time etc. So its just one session.
Any ideas???
