Ghost Check stuck in sytem: Micros 3700, unable to access DBISQL

I manage a private club that is running the micros 3700 system. We have a ghost check that is stuck in the system. I have read the referenced thread (thread693-1618027) but I am having a problem accessing the DBISQL system. Neither username/password combo that is recommended :

custom/custom or installer/installer are working to get into the SQL system.
I'm trying to avoid an expensive service call from Micros Helpdesk, any ideas?

Nevermind, I solved it. Found a username and password that worked.
