Ghost Calls again...

Hi All

Posted this a few months back, but the solutions provided didn't help.

In short/recap, one of my huntgroups (2 agents) are having ghost calls on a daily basis. One handset will ing, they answer, they get a busy tone and then the call will bounce to the other agent, same thing happens, and then goes dead and lists itself as a lost call against this huntgroup...

Anyone else had a similar issue who could help?
