Le problème rencontré est sur un IP Office IP406, version 3.2.55. Le standard (en DT) est dérangé par un appel fantôme qui bloque un call appearance sur un poste 5420. La seule solution pour faire disparaître cet appel fantôme est de redémarrer le PABX.

Hello everybody,
The met problem is on IP office IP406, running on version 3.2.55. The standard (a Digital Terminal) is disturbed by a ghost call which blocks a call appearance on a post 5420. The only solution to remove this ghost call is to restart the PABX.

I had this issue a couple times on different IPOs.

Never understood what caused it though. Never had it happen on the same system twice.
There was a thread about this a while a go, don't remember if it came to some kind of conclusion.

I've seen this on previous releases but not any more on 3.2.55.
If you can't afford to reboot the IPOffice the following will work too:
Remove all appearance buttons on the phone, merge.
Recreate the buttons and merge again.

This could also be done from remote!

It is the problem which comes very rarely, and the last time when it arrived, I have deleted the user and the station, to recreate them, but unsuccessfully. The ghost call was always present on the post.
