Hello, we had issues with a drive unable to dismount a cart, STk came out and fixed the issue, the cart was left outside the silo, we now have a ghost tape on the offending drive anyone know how to get rid of it in ACSLS. Drive is saying 'in use' but there is no cart loaded. 'clear locks' dosnt work. Any ideas??
