Ghost 8.3 Remote Client Install MSIEXEC 1603 Error

I am trying to do a Remote Client Install and receive the following error in the log:

Failed to install:
\\<hostname> (73) : Installation: Msiexec failed with error 1603

I saw another thread (which is closed) on here with some suggestions but:

no one is logged in to the system
no other symantec products (besides Anti-Virus) loaded

Also, if using the Ghost v1.1 solution suite, I also try to Install Console Client but get an error saying: No NIC detected.

Only 1 NIC is enable and I'm able to ping other systems in the workgroup.

Any one have any ideas?
